This Unit has proved excellent in the large—sized or medium-sized brick works. Raw clay which has been sprinkled and got softened in the clay—pit is transported to the Box Feeder In the shaping workshop and then delivered continuously and uniformly to the Double Roll crusher via the Rubber Belt Conveyer. The clay is smashed into the required grain size by the Crusher and then carried a way by means of the Rubber Belt Conveyer to the Double Shaft Mixer where the granulated clay is kneaded and mixed with steam．The mixed clay after being delivered to the upper part of the Extruder can be compacted into clay column like series of circles and out into clay shreds by the shredding knives in the vacuum chamber, Where the clay shreds will be evacuated of air by the vacuum pump And through the lower part of the Extruder the clay shreds are compacted into the clay vacuum with specified section which will be cut into clay slugs by the Automatic Clay Slug Cutter according to the specified length. Finally the slug is delivered to the Green Brick Cutter and divided in the 8 pieces of green brick.
